Adult's Swimming Lessons
Learning to swim can be great fun and improves flexibility and overall fitness. Our adult swimming classes are perfect for the nervous beginner or the confident swimmer who would like to improve his/her stroke technique. We offer small classes. Our teachers have a great understanding of individual needs and are more than happy to teach in the water. The classes are suitable for all ages.
There are two types of classes available
Type A: Sign up for a term's course and have a half-hour lesson at the same time each week.
Type B: A crash-course, 10 half-hour lessons within a 5 week period.
You are never too old to learn to swim!
